We source our sea water from the south coast of Kangaroo Island at Vivonne Bay, known as one of the cleanest oceans of the world. We then naturally evaporate the sea water in hothouses, resulting in beautiful white salt flakes. We also use Kangaroo Island ingredients to infuse the salt for our specialty products –  lemon/lime, rosemary and chilli – as well as the beautiful salt in its natural state
